Licensed in Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire, Cynthia is a native of Carlisle, Massachusetts and grew up in this idyllic small town with a childhood full of adventure. She has spent every summer since childhood at her family's coastal retreat in Georgetown, Maine. Her natural curiosity led her to explore wide open land and old stone walls on horseback, experience a bounty of art, culture and history, and embrace this charming part of New England. Her goal is to share and promote this stunning corner of America and connect present and future homeowners as they create their own special memories throughout New England.

Cynthia is a lifelong equestrian and her family has owned and operated scenic River Road Farm in Carlisle for nearly a century. She is a licensed riding instructor and certified personal trainer and loves sharing her passions with her students and spending as much time as possible enjoying the outdoors.

Cynthia holds a BA in Communications from Simmons College and splits her time between Carlisle and Georgetown where she continues to explore with her two teenage daughters.
